2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

When you visit our website, technical information is automatically collected (IP address, browser type, operating system, time of access, pages visited). This data is used exclusively for providing the website and ensuring system security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, optionally phone number, subject and message) is processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry. The data is transmitted via email through the service Resend (Resend Inc., USA). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

4. Redesign Preview Tool

When using the Redesign Preview Tool, the URL you enter is processed to create a screenshot of the website and perform an AI-powered analysis. The following third-party providers may be involved: Screenshotone (screenshot creation) and Anthropic (AI analysis). The URL and results are temporarily cached (max. 24 hours) and automatically deleted afterwards.

5. Third-Party Services

Hosting: This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel processes technical data (IP address, access data) to provide the website.

Email delivery: We use Resend Inc. (USA) to send contact form messages. Transmitted data: name, email address, message content.

Analytics: This website does not use any analytics or tracking tools. No user profiles are created.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary cookies are used that are required for the website to function (e.g., language selection). These cookies are not used for user tracking.

Contact form data is deleted after completion of the inquiry and expiry of tax retention obligations (max. 7 years). Technical log data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) to protect the transmission of your data. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
